No matter your age or stage of life, everyone deserves a space to feel seen, understood, and supported. Since 2015, I’ve worked as a clinical counselor with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, creating a safe, authentic space built on trust and collaboration. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop practical skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of thinking and coping.
